Confidence

"In Him and through faith in Him we may approach God with freedom and confidence." (Ephesians 3:12)

What is confidence?
There are several meanings for it, but I will name two.
One, it's the feeling or belief that one can rely on someone; firm trust.
Two, it's the state of feeling certain about the truth of something. (info)

Let's discuss these two meanings.

The first one, relying on someone.
Do you have that feeling or belief that you can rely on someone?
I'm sure we all do. It may be a good friend or a family member. However, there is Someone we not just can rely on, but also should rely on, and that is Jesus. Jesus is the One whom you can and should have confidence in, so relying on Him is very important.
After all, He is the Creator of the world and the Way, the Truth, and the Life!

The second one, having the feeling of the truth about something.
Have you ever thought of something that you were positive would happen?
Sure you have. You may know things will always change or you may that something important is happening somewhere in the world. There is one thing that you cannot predict: the future.
Believe me, weathers warnings can sometimes be wrong. Only God can predict the future, but He can do more than predict the future, He is in control of the future and is also in the future, waiting for you. I mean, He is everywhere! The past, present, and future.

Remember to have confidence in God, our Heavenly Father. He is omnipresent, omnipotent, and omniscient, so He knows how to take care of you.

God bless your week!
Your brother in Christ,
Michael.
